We want you to be completely happy with your purchases from the Linenshack. If for any reason an item does not meet your requirements, and without prejudice to your statutory rights (see below) we have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and if possible in its original packaging so that we are able to offer it for resale.

To facilitate your return, we will send you a return shipping label for a reduced postage charge of £2.50 (no charge for damaged items), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can, alternatively, use your own preferred parcel service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For exchanges, please email with any exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and any refund will be made using your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
